Nothing extra if a busy month takes you over. If it keeps happening, we will talk about the next plan. Cancel with 30 days' notice.
Questions owners ask
Do I keep my number?
Yes. Your number stays with you and nothing is ported. Your phone provider forwards only the calls you don't answer.
Do callers know it's automated?
Yes. The assistant says so at the start of every call and tells the caller the call is recorded. Anyone who asks for a person is offered a call back.
What about emergencies?
You decide what counts as urgent. Those calls are put through to your mobile there and then, and a smell of gas is always sent to the national emergency line.
Will it quote prices?
Only the ones you give it, such as a fixed price for a boiler service. For anything else it says you'll quote after a look.
What if it can't answer?
It doesn't guess. It takes the question and the caller's number, and you get a message asking you to ring back.
Who holds the recordings?
They are your customers and your records. We process calls on your behalf under a written agreement and delete recordings after a period you choose.
